Our Guarantee
We love what we do and we love our customers! We strive for excellence and we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. If you find that we haven’t met your expectations in any area, please let us know! Our arrangements are guaranteed to arrive fresh. If your arrangement has not arrived in satisfactory condition, we require that you take a picture within an hour of the arrival time and send it to us. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee that flowers and plants will remain in good condition due to many factors, including exposure to heat, cold, sun, chemicals; plus maintaining clean water in vases, watering plants, etc.
Substitution Policy
Due to global supply chain disruptions, substitutions are unfortunately often necessary at this time. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. We cannot guarantee that your order will have the same flowers in the pictured arrangement UNLESS the arrangement is very specific, ie: a dozen red roses, then we will call you before making a substitution.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value, if a plant of lesser value is used, we will refund the difference. We will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute it with another color. If the same plant type is not available, it is up to the florist's discretion to choose a substitution. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries are not available. We can deliver the day prior to the service if it falls on a Sunday.
Delivery Policy
We generally deliver between 10am and 6pm. We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we do not guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. If your delivery MUST arrive within a certain timeframe, please email, call or text 480-674-0022 before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
Please verify with the recipient that someone will be available to receive a delivery on the date requested. We may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery, if you do not wish us to contact the recipient please note that. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as a front porch or with a neighbor. Flowers and chocolates can not be left outside in extreme temperatures. In our area temperatures are frequently too warm to leave gifts outside. If we cannot reach the recipient or ensure that the gift can be left in a desirable place, we will leave a message for the recipient to pick up the gift at our shop. The recipient will then have 2 days to pick up the arrangement during business hours.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Also, local policies may effect acceptance of flower deliveries. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order if the delivery date is more than 72 hours away. Orders are non-refundable within 72 hours of the delivery date. If you are ordering a sympathy item, you may not cancel after your order is placed, it is non-refundable. To cancel an order, please call our store.
By placing your order you acknowledge that you have read our delivery and substitution policies and you agree to them.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location. Please note that all prices are presented in USD unless otherwise noted.
